Dinner Parties and Brunches: Chef Richard will prepare a brunch or dinner party in your home or venue for two to thirty guests. General: The Chef works with individual clients to make a custom menu for them! Chef Richard provides all of the food shopping, equipment, and food preparation. He will cook everything in the client home. His clients only need provide a working cooktop, oven, and some counter space and refrigeration space. The client’s kitchen will be left clean and a customized menu will be portioned, packaged, and labeled to preference!
Corporate Meetings: Breakfast and Luncheon Meetings are popular items from the Chef’s repertoire. Chef Richard will prepare at your office or venue!. Try a Custom Omelette presentation, with juice and baked goods to finish the meeting, or select a Park Avenue Gourmet Sandwich Buffet for a corporate luncheon.
